I loved it. I don't know how to describe it...but it seemed like Kafka was constructing a sort of modern theology. The way each major character and the set pieces each had mythological/symbolic significance to them. I don't know why, but I imagined it all as some sort of pomo-JRPG where you walk around aimlessly, lost in dialogue with NPCs, confused as hell, only to die at the end without ever accomplishing anything. fuk im autistic.
