I don't rarely get triggered, I get triggered all the time. I'm appealing to OP to have some self-awareness and try and turn around his philosophy even a little bit. I don't think there's any virtue to a "bohemian" life. I'm not trying to save face--I'm trying to show that I was indeed triggered! However, not in an angry way. If you haven't already, PLEASE look into Lamictal/lamotrigine. I've got bipolar II as well and it is really saving my life right now.

It has no "dulling" effect, no noticeable side effects at all, and you won't feel like your emotions are being capped off. It's a miracle drug.

The issue is that when people hear about it, they find out about the Stevens-Johnson Syndrome thing and look up pictures, get scared, and refuse the prescription. SJS is extremely rare, especially when it's taken as directed.
