I posted a Stirner excerpt that explains the idea. It's not just a concept that exists in your mind, it's a concept that has weight over your life, that makes you want to do things that you wouldn't otherwise do. It's not so much the belief in God so much as it's the belief that God has real control over your life. Someone could potentially believe in God and be unspooked, as long as they don't allow that belief in God to take control over their life, as long as they wouldn't die for this concept of God
