Not him, but sort your lit by genre and schools of thought. Then inside of each main folder you have hundreds of sub folders for each author containing their works. If the genre or school is large enough the first layer of sub folders will be an assortment of sub genres and variations on the greater ideology before leading into author collections.

Or you could just throw your ebooks around with no rhyme or reason at all.

I do it by author.
