Your goal should be about 10 quality pages per day. Emphasis on quality.

Any fanfiction-tier hack can hammer out a 100 page crossover story where Shadow the Hedgehog teams up with Sephiroth to defeat Christianity, it takes actual talent and self awareness to produce good work and recognize it.

If you're having a hard time, 5 pages is reasonable. Anything less than that comes across as lazy, lacking in talent, or uninspired to me. Assuming of course you're writing fiction.
