The pathologist that had a bad case of strabismus in his left eye tracked it down to my experiences in volunteering in hospitals the years prior. The epidemiologist in same room with he and I, disagreed with him, and said that it was just a "random" case.

They argued in my presence for at least half an hour, not really coming to anything close to a conclusion. They eventually told me to fuck off after all that, and to forget about it; saying that it wasn't that big of a deal, it being latent, and all.

They gave me some medication to suppress any further development to real TB, as a precaution, but I didn't really take any of it. My mom said I didn't need it, and neither did I.
