Read melancholy a few months ago. I highly recommend it buts it's a fairly difficult a book. I thought it was fairly humorous but I'm not sure if it was supposed to be.

I think Krasznahorkai is a great humorist, it works in the gloomy stories because the humour is kind of built-in into his world
