>Author: Takano Fumio
>Title: Karamazov's Sister
CR translated it as Takano Shio, which was wrong.
This novel is set 13 years after The Brothers Karamazov and deals with the fallout of the events in Dostoevsky's novel, but is in fact a parallel universe of sorts that incorporates Sci-Fi elements. Translated from a Japanese critic (Ishida Ira):
>However you approach this work, as a mystery novel, as metafiction about the Karamazovs, or even as a steampunk novel taking place in Russia, Karamazov's Sister proves to be a fabulously enjoyable read.

paradise lost and the divine comedy says hi
>>8711304
Paradise Lost got a couple hundred pages out of three biblical ones, it's valid. Divine Comedy is pretty much an original work with christian imagery.
At least try to hit hard with Ulysses or something.
