That's a stock photo mang, similar to my chair but not the same. The whole thing can disassemble into a bundle of sticks and some bits of leather. On mine there are two belts, both just under the seat: one between the front set of legs, and one between the back. You strap them tightly to keep the chair together. The backrest is a piece of leather stretched between two sticks, also held taut by a belt at the back. Pretty classy + very practical.
