What does /lit/'s handwriting look like?
Write this and post a pic of it:

This is like the handwriting sample that would be presented to the jury in a 1920's rural Kansas murder case, as evidence that the accused is a violent simpleton with manic tendencies
r8 & h8 m8s
>The quich bvown fay
I make the same mistakes, only now that I write in cursive the 'e's are invisible and 'g's looks like 'y's .
I write like a flaming homosexual, don't I...?
>>8664325
Your handwriting is better than 90% of the people's handwriting I see on a daily basis.
>>8664385
Your o's look like a's
>>8664392
It's 5th grade all over again.
>>8664385
>The quiche brawn fax jumக்ஷ் omen the lagy clag.
Is that scots?
Too lazy to write something. Took a photo of some Nietzsche notes I made.
My handwriting is pretty terrible and always lose the marks for presentation in handwritten assignments. Wish I was taught some form of proper calligraphy, rather than my self-taught scrawl.
>>8664495
I can read that easily enough. Kinda weird how some of your letters are joined up and others standalone.
Also it's not really consistent. At all. It would be hard to trace you from your handwriting alone if you ever got in trouble with the law.
retarded notes from 4 years ago
I was gonna rap
unedited, clearly
this was just on my computer
>>8664495
Your handwriting looks almost exactly like my friend's.
Anyway, thought I'd hop on this bandwagon. Here's some notes I took on La Belle Dame Sans Merci.
This is now a handwritten notes thread

Appreciate it; my print was truly horrible, which is why I switched to cursive.
Wrote this today
Here is mine

This verges on Georgian script.
Not too god not too shit
>>8664308
Does anyone here have a nice handwriting in the Greek alphabet? I think my Latin handwriting is pretty passable but I always feel like a retarded child when I write Greek.
>>8664581
Is that good?
No bully pls
Ive always had problem writing
>>8664703
Mine is okay, I'll post the in a sec

This is mine, pls no bully, I know it's messy
I've spent all week rewriting notes for midterms. Here's a sample
Here you go.
r8
This is what you can expect from prolonged computer usage.
>>8664742
I like this, yeah it's messy but it's unlike any kind of messy I've seen before.
This is a literature board.
>>8664325
Damn son. You are a real human being.
>>8665919
No. It's not a literature board.

I really, really like your b's
Myself, and myself while lazily invoking a spirit. See if you can spot who wrote what.
>>8666094
But it sucks there ;_;
>>8665979
You print like a STEMfag. Why are you studying economics, anon?
How do i improve my handwriting?
>>8666150
Get a quality pen, for starters. Use black ink, it's infinitely more sleek.
Order yourself some tasteful pens from the online store at blacked dot com.
>>8666150
Write slow and carefully. Draw the letters more than write them until you have a consistent style. The work on writing quicker while maintaining that style.
excuse my autism
>>8666224
William S. Burroughs/10
testing out different pens and inks
>>8666314
What pens are you using anon?
>>8666369
Lamy Safari with a medium nib and another Lamy safari with an 1.5 italic nib and a TWSBI pen with a fine nib .
If you're gonna get a lamy pen make sure to get a converter adapter also so you can use all types of ink.
>>8666411
Only cheap Lamys need a converter.
>>8666421
yep the safaris all need converters.
Too lazy to write something right now.

>>8664374
quick, poorly formed letters
>>8664387
not bad. letters are cramped and uneven though. this is a symptom of drawing letters, not writing them.
>>8664478
pretty nice actually

>>8664540
>>8664545
You could have nice writing if you practiced

Very strange x. Where did you get that from? Looks like a capital x in sutterlin script cursive
>>8664816
readable, but not that nice
>>8665560
Hello Salman Khan
>>8665576
You're not writing, you're drawing. Looks nice, but show us a more casual script
>>8665892
I really like this. Nice spacing, and uniformity but your b-r in "brown" is poorly done.
>>8665973
beautiful

neat. orange looks best

Thanks mate
Chicken scratch ftw
>>8664703
I have some Greek writing, what do you think?
It runs together more and can be hard to read when I'm rushing. I have a hard time writing in print actually, cursive is so much easier.
Here, and the second sentence is it translated in Greek
Pls no bully
>>8667291
comfiest handwriting I've ever seen, anon.
What do you reckon /lit/?
>>8667498
fucked up the τη
>>8667548
My father would go into tirades about how guys who write those big round 'a's, 'o's, 'd's etc. are gay and pushovers. Your handwriting will give me albträume.
>>8667556
Is the third line in Hebrew or did you have a seizure?
>>8667568
It's modernized art
>>8666706
It doesn't get much more casual. These are notes I was jotting down during a lecture.
>>8666706
How do you write instead of draw?
>>8666706
I got used to it while taking notes at school because i prefer to write a word as a "single line"
>>8667821
That is disgusting
Never put pen to paper again if you're gonna write like that
>>8667821
I could write better with my feet
I think my printing is nicer. Always printed my notes in school. Cursive when I'm in a rush.
>>8664495
I don't know why, but this handwriting strikes me as some of the ugliest ITT. The thing is that it's actually legible too, as opposed to some others.
>>8667821
Don't listen to those bullies, anon. Your handwriting is excellent and unique. You should make an illuminated book.
>>8667821
oh my fucking god
My handwriting is very poor and I don't know cursive. At 18 years of age is it still possible to improve my writing? Or is it too ingrained at this point to be fixed?
A friend once called my handwriting "Egyptian hieroglyphics"
>>8665112
underrrated
>>8667821
>takes four (4) lines to make a "g"
Good Lord, anon
>>8668260
You can definitely change it. I'd say just look up those alphabet worksheets and progress from there. The key just being practice. There are a plethora of these worksheets for you to chose from. Stick to one and work at it. Then you can get your own style going.
>Pic related
If you still don't like it I'd look at spacing, the way you hold your pen, slant and the angle you write on the page with. There are of course resources online as well as books you can get if you need them to progress your handwriting.
>>8668523
Beautiful.
My penmanship is... Irregular
Who else writes in an extreme angle (45°-85°)?
Sorry for the picture being in the wrong orientation; it will not rotate for some reason.
>>8668348
This what we would refer to as "pattes de mouches" in French. (Fly legs)
>>8668612
>>8668672
when I write I set a notebook or a sheet of paper vertically. Normally my handwriting was tighter and looked like cursive but I've stopped writing much ever since I left high school and my handwriting isn't that good anymore. Currently I'm trying to improve my small 'p', 's', capital 'P', 'B'. I was always unhappy with them.
>>8668612
I'd say I write at an angle at all times, but I definitely get into that margin depending on how quickly and comfortably I want to write. The writing flow is just better at more extreme angles, can be more comfortable to write like that too in my experience.
