not op and i have not read any of evola's works but from my understanding, by "ride the tiger, evola meant that the "aristocrats of the soul" (not materialistic aristocrat) should ride the tiger during this Kali Yuga period. Kali Yuga is "Kali Yuga (Devanāgarī: कलियुग [kəli juɡə], lit. "age of [the demon] Kali", or "age of vice") is the last of the four stages the world goes through as part of the cycle of yugas described in the Sanskrit scriptures" (wikipedia).

Aristocrats of the soul, i think is a person who holds traditional values. One of evola's famous quotes is "My principles are only those that, before the French Revolution, every well-born person considered sane and normal.”, this should give you an idea of what he meant by "traditional values". very reactionary not just conservative.
