So... Is he any worth going through? Which are his best works?

Whatever you read first will feel like the best, because he writes the same novel over and over with slight variations. In other words, the more you read the more tired his prose style and themes will feel to you.
Still, I would recommend starting with The Wind Up Bird Chronicle or Kafka on the Shore.

don't bother with 1Q84.
Kafka on the Shore or Hardboiled Wonderland

I enjoyed Hardboiled Wonderland. 1Q84 is somewhat overrated. Kafka on the Shore is a must .
I'm considering buying either Colorless Tsukuru or Sputnik Sweethart, what do you recommend /lit/?

After losing out to Bob Dylan, is there really any point?
Opinions on Wind-up bird chronicles?
And why do y'all hate 1Q84?

I didn't enjoy Colorless Tsukuru at all.
literally no content in his books
