everytime
Currently finishing the introduction of The Merchant of Venice. Next is Antony and Cleopatra. In the meantime I read the Upanisads and the Gita for my dissertation.

How do you like the Arden Shakespeare?
I have to re-read some older Bowen to see if they are still good because I just read Eva Trout and it was awful

They are my favorite editions for Shakespeare. I also have King Lear, Julius Caesar, Romeo and Juliet, Richard III, The Tempest, and The Sonnets. I would like to have more, but they are rather expensive for my budget, and getting used ones where I live is not easy.
I can understand why some people don't like them because of the notes, but for me that's what makes them good, alonf with the introduction and the bibliography. In any case, you can always ignore the notes and just focus on the text.
I also recommend Oxford and the New Cambridge editions; they might not be as good as Arden, but they are excellent editions regardless, and the notes tend not to take 3/4 of the page while still being thorough.

This is cringey.

Do you know what a selfie is?

Maybe he thinks the books are sentient, and took the pictures themselves.
Either, way, he's an idiot.
