Read Genesis-2 Kings, Isaiah, Daniel Malachi, Matthew-Acts, Revelations.
I'm an atheist and have read through the whole thing, though, so you have no excuse.
I recommend picking up a Bible that can direct you to relevant passages. Then I'd recommend reading through the Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John), then follow that with the Genesis and Exodus. It may seem out of place, but what it does is establish solid groundwork regarding the life and works of Christ, then harkens back to the ages before Him, back when the filthy Jews knew their place.

Read the Torah: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Number, Deuteronomy.
Read the beautiful stuff: Ecclesiastes, Job, Song of Solomon, proverbs
Read Isaiah, the only prophetic work required to fully understand the weight of the NT
Read all of the Gospels. Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.
Read Acts.
Primary Epistles: Romans, Corinthians, Ephesians, Timothy, Hebrews, 1/2/3 John
And of course read Revelation.
But really, just read it all.
