I haven't finished it but Agincourt by Juliet Barker is great so far. It's only about that single battle but presents its context in a very entertaining manner-- you learn a lot about the background of the conflict, the personalities of Henry V and the other major players, and even a lot of the small cultural and administrative details of the Agincourt campaign. I'd recommend it.
