Post a thesis about anything and anons respond with arguments to prove it which other anons judge/refute. The thesis doesn't have to make sense, this way we can explore new ideas by defending things that can't be definitively shown.
For example:
Thanks to the internet, it is now impossible to commit suicide.

thanks to ops post im about to commit suicide.
>>8474061
this isn't too hard to defend. you could have seen the image and the whole exercise and felt like there was no point
OP is a faggot
Only that which I can sense exists.
Mathematics is the only absolute.

God is even more absolute.
>>8475146
God is math

no math has axioms, that aren't true or false, they're assumed true.
i have free will.

science is limited by the faults of human perception, therefore it can't hold absolute truths
Not really a thesis but, the question of whether God can microwave a burrito so hot that He Himself cannot eat it is nonsense. It's contradictory and cancels itself out. The Good Lord is capable of anything, but that question isn't even applicable. You can't expect God to be able to do something that is logically unsound. For example, you can't expect the Creator and Beginning of all things to be able to die, and especially kill Itself.

agreed
it doesn't really matter for practical purposes though. We have an approximation of how reality works which is good enough to solve problems. you might see it like iterations to get closer to the value of a function. We won't know exactly what the truth is. We will only be able to show it in mathemathical and human language. But I think that if humans are going to survive for a long enough time, we will get close enough to what the truth is. So it doesn't matter that we don't have it exactly.

nah you don't

You cannot have Mathematics without Symbol, but you can have Symbol without Mathematics.

One day before creation a God was wondering how he could experience a hypothetical concept of true free will. As being defined as everything that ever was and will be this was logically impossible to accomplish for itself. Then Satan, one of the God's contrarian personalities, proposed a solution where a new state of existence was created where imperfection, unknown, and chaos deliberately existed in the core. Agreed upon, the God attempted this experiment in a new sensation even it had never accomplished before and inserted itself as a multifaceted participant in the new universe without foreknowledge of what it was before.
Now the God as a "mortal" could experience choice without knowing and being the answer. In fact it could experience every choice that was ever possible as multiple people while still being one in the end - thus solving the paradoxical conundrum of making a choice and not making an equally viable alternative choice while still being all that was possible.
