I feel dumber ever since I graduated University 2 years ago. I read more than I did back then but I just feel slower mentally

What books are you reading?

Maybe take up a different kind of mental exercise. A physical one even.

It's probably because you read more. At uni you read very heavy material that you have to come to grips with. If you read too much you just don't have the time to do it and your reading skills become shallow. At least that's how it was for me. I'm currently cutting back on the amount of books I read so I can read more heavy non-fiction.
