Objectively: Cervantes
For Actual Enjoyment: Rabelais

The latter is an underrated champ. Highlights Humanism better anyways.

I preferred Cervantes but I think Rabelais is a better author (I read Rabelais in French and Cervantes through translation so I could be wrong)
