The Complete Works editions are worth having at hand, but the quality of the translations is honestly terribly variable among them. A bad tendency among recent translators of Aristotle is to opt for kind of just translating with the explanation of the translated passage kind worked into to it; his Greek isn't especially difficult, but there are ambiguities that translators prefer to smooth over, though those instances are very often also very arguable with respect to the content of the work being translated.

The best two translators, Apostle and Sachs, each have translated significant works of the corpus (Ethics, Politics, Physics, Metaphysics, etc), and they both tend to be pretty consistent and reliable with informing a reader of the underlying Greek terms that may get translated several ways depending. Seth Benardete and Michael Davis also put out the best translation of the Poetics available, and Robert Bartlett and Susan Collins have put out a very excellent translation of the Ethics.

>Collins and Bartlett Ethics

Complete the trifecta with the Carnes Lord Politics, anon.

Also, I've studied with two of the above-named people, guess which ones :^)
