Instead of a final exam in my World History class, we had to write a research paper comparing and contrasting an event/person/etc. from history (I think the criteria was pre-1900 or something like that) to someone/something current. This was right after Fahrenheit 9/11 came out. I wrote my comparing Martin Luther to Michael Moore. Got one of three As out of two sections totaling roughly 50 people. Wish I still had that paper.
