Shut up, edgy guy.
Most people are pseuds reading meaningless obscure-intended hacks, anyway.
>>8339417
god, this is probably the same person who appears in every single thread saying shit like this. lol. Just report and move on.

I have a similar problem. I am too smart for most books, it makes reading extremely painful.
>>8339480

analytic philosophy is shit
this guy was a fucking asèrger faggot
not saying it doesn't have any merit or that it's not important in some ways but it's just so boring, you're really not missing on anything if you don't get it i'd much rather read other, more interesting stuff
there are also a lot of "smart" studies/writings/books in fields such as physics, biology or even more specialized fields that i'm also not really interested in, and i don't think that makes me 'stupid' whatsoever
to each their own i guess.

asperger*
also a huge narcissist, i mean he thought he had already "solved" the most important philosophical problems of his century so he really didn't need to keep reading or studying anything...
i mean. for srs
>>8339602
Do you have a source of him sayjg he doesn't need to study anymore cuz he knows everything?

What is considered smart is cultural. Ever since that faggot Plato, or some other Greek whatever, we consider reason and rationality as the highest state of intelligence. It even shows in how we measure intelligence: IQ.
Intuition, wit, streetsmart, etc. are undervalued.
Thinkers such as Nassim Taleb and Gerd Gigerenzer think more highly of intuition and wit.
