What do you mean "debunked"?

He didn't write anything intelligible enough to debunk. A great method, by the way, you should try using it.

His philosophy is as debunkable as Heraclitus. What can be done is it can be superseded, but not debunked.
Pretty sure any religion would debunk him.

Not at all, my man
I've only had passing engagement, but I'm persuaded that Nietzsche debunked Nietzsche.
I'm specifically thinking of his argument about the ascetic ideal in Genealogy of Morals. It seems he proves that everyone must be wrong, including himself. Essay 3, passages 23-28. Is anyone familiar with this section? Am I missing something?
I'm pretty sure a lot of people have criticized his genealogical explanation for modern morality.
But he was right on so many individuals things in general, which is the reason he was so influential, such as the fact that knowledge simply isn't power per se, but that it is structured around systems of power, like judicial courts, religious institutions and educational institutions, which is hard to disagree with.

>Nietzsche debunked Nietzsche
Paradox and contradiction are seen in his work only by people who are failing to see the other side of the story, the big picture of his perspective if you will.

"lul cuz god said so" is not a valid philosophical argument.
Nietzsche madness was brought about by his compulsive masturbation
