I read Life, a user's manual, one of the best books I've read desu. Actually just came across that movie on IMDB and now I want to read more Perec.
It's hard to find online though, might gonna have to make a trip to the library.

Yeah, he was also a Oupilo writer with a propensity towards wordplay and cleverness. Perec's writing is more centered towards objectivity and exhaustive encyclopedic information

Yes. Though their fuckery is different. Queneau retold the same story 140(ish) times. Perec was the ABSOLUTE MADMAN who wrote a whole novel (and a surprisingly good one, at that) without once using the letter 'e'. And after that, a novel using 'e' as the only vowel.

yeah, there's a lot of shit in there, plenty of languages other than english, but sometimes the stuff is not formatted that well
