What is truly your favorite book that's not a meme?
Basically if you say any book from this list or god forbid reddit's list your taste sucks and you have no individuality.

It's certainly worth more than the Catcher in the friggin Rye.

Salammbô by Gustave Flaubert
JR by Gaddis might be my favorite book I've read recently (hope Gaddis isn't a meme yet).

>You have to like obscure books to have "individuality"
It is entirely possibly (and likely) that someone's genuine favorite book could be on this list of 100 books, most of which are loved by the general reading populous.
Watership Down or maybe Ada. Actually barely any of my favorite books are on that list, I'm not sure how I feel about that.
Musashi
>mfw whenever someone tells me the manga is better
