Reading a book a day
Make it a number of pages or hours, not a book. That way you'll be willing to take on challenging literature...

I bet you 13456565readzizek324567 dollars you didn't read that number. You just skipped right over it. You didn't even realize I put a useless piece of advice, which borders on a buzzword, in it. No I didn't but you went back and looked.

Fuck all because you'll be reading way too fast and won't possibly be able to retain anything nor enjoy yourself. But yeah generally speaking the more you read the more knowledge you'll acquire which can then be applied to real life to improve your life in various ways.

Should really read a book per week or so. You'll remember things better, catch more nuances, and whatnot if you allow yourself more time to meditate on what you've read.

what. Its not that hard. I can read 50 pages in an hour and remember most of the content. Now I can't recite exactly what was said on page 32 unless it was something memorable and striking but I do retain most of what I have read, this goes for a lot of people. A standard book is anywhere between 150 - 350 pages so reading a book a day is work at 30 - 70 pages per hour but retaining the book is not the difficult part.
