I went through a songwriting phase and I got all my melodies by listening to music at a lowish volume in the shower. While straining to hear the songs over the running water in the echoey bathroom, my brain filled in the gaps and usually left me with something that was unrecognisable from the original.

So read in the shower while squinting I dunno.
