How is this poem racist? Nigger was just the colloquial term for black back then.

Niggers even called their country Nigeria. Niggers call each other niggers all the time. It's a term of endearment. A term can only be racist if you view it as racist, thus you are the cause of racism. If I think someone calling me by my name was racist then by effect I have caused racism. Racism isn't tolerated here, so if you think something is racist then you should promptly remove yourself, racist.
