Depends on what you define as "reality". Everything that is "real" to you is defined by your observations of it. The only thing you can be completely sure of is your own existence at some point, somewhere, which implies a reality outside your own consciousness, but beyond that, you can't really be sure of anything. So, for all intents and purposes, yes, your perception is your reality, since you can't be sure anything or anyone else really exists.
