I rarely have thoughts. I organize them by trying to question where they first came from, leading into a perpetual spiral of self-doubt and uncertainty.

I would like to but I actually can't get out of my house lately because I seem not to be equipped well enough to reconstruct in my mind the path to the door. If only I had some *memory* of where it is.
Alphabetically, of courseI keep a journal. I keep notes on what I'm reading, what I'm thinking, and how I'm feeling in it. It's pretty satisfying, I recommend it.
I try to formalize them in the form of notes.
