How much time do you spend browsing /lit/ vs reading books?

In the past 5 years, I have spent about 4x more time browsing /lit/ than reading books.

I have spent about 30x more time browsing 4chan than reading books.

7-9 hours a day browsing

Does anyone else go in cycles of reading? I always read a ton from winter to early summer and then I stop until next winter. I have no idea why I do this

I read more than I come here. I mostly browse /vr/. There is too many meme posts so I usually come to these meta threads if there isn't a thread about a book I've read or currently reading.
