It's not even a retcon. Her being played by a black actress is no different than if she was played by any actress other than Emma Watson. Any time you adapt written work for screen or stage there are liberties taken with the looks of the characters because actors don't always look exactly like their characters. This is as much of a non-issue as if she was played by Rooney Mara. It doesn't make a difference.
