I really don't like that term even though it is accurate of me. Even if I am an amateur I would still be an "amateur writer". Writer just sounds sort of pretentious unless that's literally what you're getting paid to do.

Getting to publish it, moving it around. I have no social skills whatsoever so that's not really my thing. I will get better at it, hopefully.

My novel is about monsters. It first presents humans as " hurr durr we're the real evil monsters" and then it completely negates this statement when something truly horrifying happens.
