Of course it should be adapted. Should have been a TV show in the first place.

With a bunch of not known actors this would make a great tv series.

It would have to have an ambiguous ending or something where you have to go back to the beginning/middle to figure everything out. Have to watch the series over again and become braindead watching it over and over

The writers would need to turn the attention toward the audience. Somehow find a way to make them sit through 10 minutes of someone lounging about smoking resin, question why they're still watching it, and decide to continue watching.
Seems tricky.

But it can be done. Get a monologue from one character where he stares into the screen like kevin spacey does and just talk for 5 minutes straight. That would be kind of cool.
