Okay I´ve been reading alot of philosophical shit lately. To name some: Platon, Marc Aurel, Epiktet, Hegel etc.
But thats all very theoretical and quit boring after a bit. Now I am searching for some good, mindsmashing and philosophical novels. Are there some you can recommend??

A good philosophical work should not be sensational, maybe read Zarathustra or something.
>>
A Short History of Decay by Emil Cioran

Great suggestion! But I have read Zarathustra -and I am not a real fan of Nietszche!

Never heard of it! So i will take a look at it thanks man!

Sure thing. I would recommend Education and the Significance of Life by Jiddu Krishnamurti as well. It's much more upbeat than Cioran.

Please tell me somebody has a pdf link to this.

Chesterton maybe, although it might be a bit lighter than what you want, but it's pretty fun stuff. I think his best novel is The Man Who Was Thursday.

Sidartha's pretty good if you're looking for a quick read, it's only 90 pages last time I checked.

Whoops, you asked for novels. And those aren't novels. Still good reads, though.

If you're willing to concede to a drama play, I think that Homecoming by Harold Pinter is as nihilistic as it gets. Also, Moravagine by Blaise Cendrars is very good, too.

If you want a practical and not very boring theoretical philosophy that you can apply to your day to day life, I suggest Stoicism. Read everything Seneca wrote.

Thanks! I just discovered myself that these are not Novels -but I will still give it a read! And yeah why not drama play.
