Yes

Eh, tried getting into earthsea trilogy.
Was expecting more elderscrolls but got harry potter's precursor
A shame, the world being an archipelago instead of a generic fantasy climate seemed like makings for great lore

Maybe
She's by far the best sci-fi writer I've ever read.
It depends. What are you searcing for in a book? Le Guin's father was an anthropologist, so if you like novels dealing with immaginary, but believable cultures, go for it. Her prose is not the greatest, but I always loved her settings.

absolutely

yeah. Earthsea is an amazing series.
Makes Harry Potter look like the most derivative shit ever.

The Dispossessed & perhaps Left Hand of Darkness are, Earthsea stuff if you're a kid (in which case get off 4chan or I'll tell your parents)

She is a fine author. I am not a big fan, I prefer Wolfe, Lem and Dick, but she is good.

It becomes leftist political drivel after the 1st book.
