That seems like good advice stranger. I've never been any good at resting - I've been going full steam ahead trying to accomplish one dream after another for several years now, but this last one has destroyed me and I've been literally incapable of doing anything since I finished it. I guess I have no choice but to try to turn my brain off and relax.
