I'd like to think a little over 120.
I feel like he is smarter then the average person but not by a huge amount you know?
Maybe I'm underestimating him it's hard for a non outside observer to realistically tell.

It seems implied throughout all of the many tales about him, both by Doyle and the numerous adaptions of variety, that Sherlock knows a fuckload about craploads of subjects, his memory is beyond perfect, etc. He could learn anything, any subject, with easy ease. It would be nothing to him and he could do it faster than anyone. He just doesn't give a shit. He isnt eccentric, he's sociopathic.

I was joking in my other post btw. I'm unsure where Holmes would land.
I myself have a pretty high IQ (Got tested when I was 18 at a psychologist, found out I had autism also, lol) and I feel like SH would be higher then I, you know, considering if he was a real person.

Which would place him at least 155+ IQ.
