Jordan Peterson is worth reading, Into the Wild I wouldn't both with but then again I am not a faggbotbrained flatlander that is disconnected from God's creation so much he has to romanticize it through a homeless retards hitchhiking

I started reading this book based off the recommendation of a friend and stopped part way through and never wanted to finish.
The Alexander Supertramp faggot was a little bitch, that's all. He just wanted to prove that he was better than everyone and didn't listen to advice or accept help and that's why his bitch ass died. He went to Alaska completely unprepared, didn't accept supplies when offered, and died like a bitch like he deserved.

Agreed, seems like he just dickrode London/Tolstoy and unironically believed that reading White Fang qualified him as a wilderness expert. His parents must be so embarrassed, I bet they were happy when he disappeared.
The awful prose doesn't help, either:
>"These days it isn't unusual for six or seven months to pass without the bus seeing a human visitor, but in early September 1992, six people in three separate parties happened to visit the remote vehicle on the same afternoon." *End of page, prepares for narrative to resume*
>"In 1980, Denali National Park was..."
wait what
I would recommend pic related over this; Hadwin felled one tree while Krackwhore has wasted hundreds. This novel is less pretentious, has better narration, follows a more interesting protagonist and is full of insight into the lumber industry.

don't read Into the Wild, just watch the movie. movie version is just like the book and better, because you will sympathize more with the actor, who's a very good actor, than you would sympathize with the real guy.
In case you didn't know JBP is releasing a new book sometime soon. I can't wait to meme it on this board for months following its release.
