>first page is loose like some retard creased it hard and two of the pages are dog eared
ordered one, dont recall if new or used but seemed never opened. a paperback. sat for a few months. read it, when i got to page 82, there was a 57 page gap, just missing. binding was perfect, no noticable irregularity. not sure how that happens

ive ordered many books and its usually one of these or the other... ive immediately thrown books in the trash when i've seen their condition, but it's worth throwing out 40 percent of them when you have potential to get a really nice book for 3.50

I bought three books pre-owned once and although I haven't thrown them away, it's enough to convince me that I won't buy pre-owned books ever again.
I stopped buying pre-owned altogether when I bought two copies of Resident Evil 4 pre-owned and both of them were completely fucked, even though the seller had a good rep and it was classed as "like new."
Don't buy pre-owned if you can afford it.

Same thing happened to me but instead of them being missing about 40 pages of an entirely different book was spliced in.
