I think the way he writes fits the character of the chapter, it is not the best shit ever made but is not bad at all.

Honestly? Never. He will never finish the books. There’s no point anymore. The books didn’t do anything the TV shows aren’t doing, just cutting out details.

I might even be mistaken on this, but I think GRRM is really into television/film, so this might to him just be about the greatest thing that has happened to his work. His ideas are being carried out on a large scale. I mean, it’s not as though the shit he is attempting REQUIRES the written word, like any of the authors we worship. He’s first and foremost a story dude, character dude. Not an idea dude.

100% sure he's waiting for the show to finish before releasing the next book. That way he wont be competing for the spotlight and can one-up the show on various aspects. He's subtly hinted he dosent like alot of what the show has done.
