If you have gender dysphoria, it's making hard for you to live on a daily basis and you can afford to transition I say go for it.

Most of the benefits of starting early are due to preventing puberty. After age 18, age matters a lot less. It still matters but just much less. At that point it just depends on how badly puberty fucked you over.

Depends completely on your genetics and if you can do surgeries.

In my case, i'm 18 and i'm already way too fucked. But lots of people already pass even without mones at 26.
