What do you think is the best country to transition in? If US precise state.

The entire west coast is pretty liberal but California is an awful place to live imo. The northeast includes NYC where anything fucking goes and New England where most people seem to be pretty accepting, or at least indifferent. All these places have explicit legal protections for gender identity. I guess Colorado should be on the list too.
