My best advice is to observe. Notice the way women carry themselves in everyday life. Feminine comportment came kinda naturally to me and I've always been a bit feminine, so I don't really know how to "learn" it, but observing definitely helps.

For example, a lot of women carry themselves more lightly than men. Look at how they lead their walk, with their toes, hips, shoulders, or head -- men more commonly lead with head and shoulders. Women typically have better posture and hold their heads higher, holding the upper body upright and keeping the lower body pointed forward. Men typically lean in with the upper body and walk with a spread gait in the lower body.

Keep in mind lots of women don't have perfectly feminine mannerisms, there are youtube tutorials on how to have a "delicate" walk and mannerisms aimed at cis women!
