For someone starting at 18, how does the fat redistribution works, and what will it change?
Is the fat redistribution the secret to having a (somewhat) qt belly? I mean, let's say i look almost like left pic, that's caused by fat + male fat pattern right? Will hrt change anything at all? I know girls can be skinnyfat too, but will the fat redistribution at least make me skinnyfat like a girl and not like a guy?

Are you kidding? Even cis guys can get rid of their daddy belly if they exercise enough or lose enough weight. You can get fat redistribution at any age as long as you cycle your weight (gain 20 pounds, lose 20 pounds, then repeat).
