Yeah a healthy diet is a healthy diet. Eating phytoestrogens is beneficial to both sexes usually but a lot of cis men avoid them if they are doing powerlifting and whatever else as they lower DHT.
It's nothing that would turn you into a god-tier trap though. I guess pueraria mirifica is fairly strong but personally I think miroestrol is possibly dangerous. It's not well studied and from what is done on it doesn't seem to suggest it is safe.

I've become a vegetarian and developed a preference for soymilk over regular milk, I use it in cereal and everything now. maybe some of my blackheads on my face are clearing up, apparently dairy isn't as good for your skin. idk if cutting out red meats has changed anything at all.
I also avoid anything associated with raising dht or androgens, so I stopped with coffee, smoking, and just ate better in general.
cardio exercise is all you really need to do.

I think dairy, meats, and alcohol cause a lot of acne.
I know every time I'm hungover I always breakout in pimples. Plus usually the day after eating meals with lots of meat I always get breakouts.
Whenever I eat just fruits and veggies all week my skin looks way way healthier.
