There is medical basis behind transition; people suffer from gender dysphoria and if it's bad enough the only 'cure' as far as medical professionals know is transition. Therapy doesn't usually work. Repression doesn't usually work. There've been a number of studies that conclude that transition positively affects the lives of people with dysphoria. It's not always a choice, anon.

There is the trick. Most of the trannies out there do not suffer dysphoria. They just failed in life and think that some injections will make them feel better.
