I think it depends on your skeletal structure. The biggest problem with starting in your mid-20s is that your hip bones aren't likely to grow. If you have narrow shoulders and wide hips, you should still be in a good position to pass. i think people should also think about important voice training is imo even if you pass like shit if you have a good natural sounding female voice people will automatically assume you're a cis girl vs. being a attractive trans girl with a shit voice
