I don't think 18-20 is late at all.
If you look at most AGPs they start transitioning in their late 30's or older, they have had functional lives up until then, they usually have kids, they usually have wives or girlfriends, they're obsessed with maintaining penile function and sperm so they repress and avoid HRT (and if they do go on HRT they are still obsessed with keeping their dick functional), and they offset dysphoria by living vicariously through the women in their lives.

Imagining yourself as a girl in situations with guys isn't really that AGP, that's what most cis women get off on.
