50 mg spiro seems a bit low, were you prescribed that?
2 mg E is not a bad starting dose

Spiro seems a bit low? Your endo should gently ramp up your estradiol from 2 mg to whatever is needed over 6ish months. This is good because it is harmful to go immediately into full dose. I've heard this causes weird looking tits.

When I self med, I did 300mg/day but this scared my endo when I finally was allowed to get one, so now I'm at 200mg.

I have been on HRT for almost 2 years and still take 50mg spiro. Maybe op is like me and is just super truetrans/was low test to start.
