I have serious reservations about the whole "neovagina" thing. Yeah, a lot of people report positive outcomes. i am still heavily skeptical of bottom surgery. A lot of people with dysphoria over their legs report positive outcomes after hacking it off. I strangely can find people who are against circumcision, and against female genital mutilation, but are in favor of people inverting their cocks.
